Former Liverpool trainee Craig Roddan has returned to Accrington Stanley on a short-term deal.
The 21-year-old midfielder spent part of last season on loan at Accrington while he was contracted to the Merseysiders.
Meanwhile, West Bromwich Albion goalkeeper Jack Rose has penned a one-month loan deal with the League Two club.
"[Roddan] has impressed with his attitude in training," manager John Coleman is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News. "It's important to have him with Anthony Barry suffering an injury at the moment and it's a chance for him to have another go and I know he's keen to take it."
Accrington are back in action on Sunday when they travel to Notts County in the first round of the FA Cup.
