On Sunday, fifth-placed Alanyaspor will be looking to keep their top four hopes alive when they face Gaziantep in the Super Lig.
The visitors, meanwhile, sit in 16th position, and they will be hoping to end a six-match winless run.
Match preview
Alanyaspor still harbour hopes of a top-four place, but if they are to qualify for European competition then they must make up a three-point gap to Istanbul Basaksehir in the final two matches.
The hosts do hold the head-to-head advantage over the fourth-placed side, which could prove pivotal at the end of the season.
Although they have won their last two league matches, Alanyaspor will have to pick themselves up after they missed out on a place in the Turkish Cup final on Wednesday.
Francesco Farioli's side trailed 2-1 ahead of the second leg of their Turkish Cup semi-final against Sivasspor, and a 78th-minute strike from Famara Diedhiou looked to have sent the tie to extra time before Hakan Arslan struck two minutes from time to end Alanyaspor's cup dreams.
Sunday's hosts will now look to channel the frustration caused by their cup exit into a positive result against Gaziantep as they bid to clinch back-to-back home victories.
As for Gaziantep, they head into the weekend just outside of the relegation zone, but their place in the Super Lig is secured with seven points separating them from the bottom four.
Although their safety may be guaranteed, Sunday's visitors have under-performed this term after achieving a ninth-placed finish last season.
They head into the penultimate matchday off the back of a 1-1 home draw against Kayserispor last weekend, which extended their winless run to six matches.
Ilhan Parlak gave Kayserispor the lead in the 26th minute before the hosts found an immediate equaliser through Alexandru Maxim.
As they prepare for Sunday's contest, Gaziantep will find little comfort in the fact that they hold the worst away record in the Super Lig after winning just one away league game this season, with their 18 away matches yielding just six points.

Team News
The hosts will have to cope without the services of Chidozie Awaziem, who is suspended for the game due to an accumulation of yellow cards.
Despite playing in midweek, Alanyaspor could name an unchanged lineup, which would ensure that Wilson Eduardo continues to lead the line.
The visitors, meanwhile, are unable to call upon Steven Caulker who is sidelined with a muscle injury, and he is joined in the treatment room by Torgeir Borven.
After coming on at half time against Kayserispor, Muhammet Demir is set to return to the starting lineup to feature in the forward line on Sunday.
Alanyaspor possible starting lineup:
Marafona; Juanfran, Bayir, Milunovic, Borja; Fer, Novais; Karaca, Akbaba, Candeias; Eduardo
Gaziantep possible starting lineup:
Guvenc; Djilobodji, Tosca, Ersoy; Ceylan, Niyaz, Erdogan, Sagal; Maxim, Figueiredo, Demir
We say: Alanyaspor 3-1 Gaziantep
Although they will be in a downbeat following their cup exit, we think that Alanyaspor will ease to a comfortable victory on Sunday when they come up against a Gaziantep side who have collected just six away points this season.
