Tottenham Hotspur youngster Nabil Bentaleb has retained his place in Algeria's 23-man World Cup squad.
The 19-year-old was included in Vahid Halilhodzic's original 30-man selection, but reports had suggested that he may be one of the seven players to be axed.
However, he was kept on, but there was no room for Crystal Palace's Adlene Guedioura.
