Anderlecht have confirmed that they have signed Porto defender Rolando on loan until the end of the season.
Juventus were heavily linked with the 29-year-old earlier in the January transfer window, but it appears that the Belgian side have won the race.
Anderlecht's sporting director Herman van Holsbeeck told the club's official website: "With Rolando we have an experienced central defender.
"We set the bar very high and we are very excited to get a player of his calibre to Brussels. It has taken a lot to get him here, but getting it done has made it all worth it.
"With him, we are armed to fight for the top prizes."
The Portugal international, who has been capped 19 times by his country, has also moved to Inter Milan and Napoli on loan in recent years.
