The summer transfer window has now closed, with Arsenal pulling off one of the standout deals on deadline day.
The Gunners triggered the release clause of Thomas Partey to cap off a relatively busy summer which saw the likes of Willian and Gabriel Magalhaes join too, and attention will now begin to turn to January.
Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest news on possible comings and goings at the Emirates Stadium.
Wednesday morning's Arsenal transfer talk news roundup:
Arsenal to consider Granit Xhaka, Christian Eriksen swap?
Inter Milan may reportedly give Arsenal the option of swapping Granit Xhaka for Christian Eriksen.
Neither club are short of options in the middle of the pitch, something which has inevitably left some big names spending time on the substitutes' bench.
Although Xhaka and Eriksen have been provided with game time by Mikel Arteta and Antonio Conte respectively, they are not regarded as first choice.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Conte would allow Eriksen to move to the Emirates Stadium if Xhaka was able to make the switch in the opposition direction.
If the clubs could reach an agreement, Eriksen would be left to decide whether he would be prepared to represent the Gunners, arch rivals of former club Tottenham Hotspur.
Rather than completing a straight swap deal, Arsenal would also be expected to pay a fee.
Manchester United, Arsenal 'remain interested in Ousmane Dembele'
Ousmane Dembele is reportedly still attracting interest from Manchester United and Arsenal as he prepares to enter the final 18 months of his Barcelona contract.
The France international was touted as a target for United in the summer transfer window after the Red Devils missed out on primary target Jadon Sancho.
Arsenal have also been credited with an interest in the past, but both clubs are believed to have been put off by Barcelona's huge asking price.
Barca paid an initial fee of £96.8m to Borussia Dortmund for Dembele in August 2017 and are supposedly looking to recoup that sum in full.
Spanish outlet Sport claims that United and Arsenal may yet revive their interest, though, with the 23-year-old's valuation depreciating with each window.
Dembele has been restricted to three La Liga starts this term and is due to become a free agent in June 2022, with Barca said to be willing to negotiate with any bidders.
