Taking a welcome break from their Premier League duties, Arsenal can take a huge step towards Champions League last-16 qualification in Wednesday's home showdown with Dinamo Zagreb.
The Gunners only trail perfect Liverpool and Barcelona in the 36-team league phase table and should be virtually assured of a top-eight finish by beating their Croatian foes in midweek.
However, Mikel Arteta's men are reeling from their latest Premier League collapse, throwing away a 2-0 lead to draw 2-2 with Aston Villa on Saturday evening, prior to which they were handed a devastating new selection blow.
Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of Arsenal's latest injury and suspension news ahead of their clash with Dinamo Zagreb, who currently occupy the final playoff place in 24th spot.

Status: Out
Type of injury: Hamstring
Possible return date: January 29 (vs. Girona)
After suffering a hamstring injury in the recent North London derby win over Tottenham Hotspur, William Saliba was an unexpected absentee from the squad to take on Villa. Arteta conceded that he was worried about the Frenchman at full time, but he is not believed to have sustained a serious issue and should be back before the end of the month.

In contrast, Gabriel Jesus is set for months on the treatment table due to his ACL injury, one that will certainly rule him out for the rest of this season and potentially the start of next term too.

Status: Major doubt
Type of injury: Muscle
Possible return date: January 22 (vs. Dinamo Zagreb)
Riccardo Calafiori has now been absent from Arsenal's last three matches with a muscular injury, one that Arteta has been loath to discuss in detail, so it is unclear whether he will be passed fit for the midweek game.

Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: January 29 (vs. Girona)
At the start of January, Arteta did not rule Ben White out of a comeback from knee surgery before the end of the month, but Wednesday's contest will certainly come too soon for him.
