Schalke coach Huub Stevens has hailed his side for their "impressive" comeback against Arsenal at home on Tuesday.
The German side were 2-0 down after 26 minutes at the Veltins-Arena in the Champions League, but goals from Klaas-Jan Huntelaar and Jefferson Farfan secured them a 2-2 draw.
"I have to compliment my team for recovering from a two-goal deficit – we reacted brilliantly," he said. "Before we conceded the two goals, we produced the best football we have played all season.
"Then, suddenly, you are two goals behind. Our comeback was impressive, however. Thankfully we made it 2-1 just before half-time.
"That, psychologically, was a big advantage for us. Huntelaar even had a great chance for the winner in the second half."
Schalke lead Group B with eight points from four matches.
