Arsenal captain Thomas Vermaelen has warned his side that he expects a response against Swansea City after losing to Manchester City at the weekend.
The Gunners were comfortably beaten 2-0 by the Premier League champions on Sunday at the Emirates Stadium, having played much of the game without Laurent Koscielny after he was sent off in the early stages of the match.
The North London outfit are currently in a tough schedule of games, but the Belgian international is confident that his team can get back to winning ways against the Swans in the FA Cup.
"There are a lot of big, big fixtures coming up against good teams - big games," Vermaelen told Arsenal Player.
"This [defeat to City] was the first one, we wanted to have a good start and that is why it is more disappointing we could not get a good result.
"But against Swansea, I am confident the group will respond on this defeat, and I'm confident we can get a result on Wednesday."
