Emmanuel Eboue has revealed that he is excited to be returning to Arsenal this weekend with Galatasaray in the Emirates Cup.

The Ivory Coast defender spent six years with the Gunners before joining the Turkish club in the summer of 2011.

Gala will start the tournament against Porto on Saturday and will take on hosts Arsenal the following day.

"I always want to hear news from the club because I am a big supporter of them," Eboue told the club's official website.

"I'm a Galatasaray player now, but I am still in love with Arsenal and I always watch their games.

"I can't wait to see my old teammates, the staff and of course the fans. They all did so many good things for me, and it's going to be a brilliant experience."

Eboue has won two league titles since moving to Galatasaray.
