Harry Kane hails "incredible" Tottenham Hotspur display

Harry Kane hails Tottenham Hotspur's display as "incredible" after his two goals helped beat Arsenal 2-1 at White Hart Lane.

Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has hailed "an incredible" performance from the side after his two goals helped down fierce rivals Arsenal at White Hart Lane on Saturday.

Mesut Ozil opened the scoring early on for the visiting Gunners, but Kane struck two second-half goals as Spurs eventually won 2-1.

Kane told BT Sport: "It was incredible, what a game! That's probably the best we've played all season to be honest, we took it them and they got the early goal but we never panicked.

"We knew if we carried on we would get the chances, and thankfully it happened. I am over the moon. Obviously, I've timed the [header] well and to see it fly in was a brilliant feeling.

"The fans were incredible today, they made it better for us and it was lightning and made us play better. It's one I won't forget for the rest of my career."

Spurs travel to Liverpool on Tuesday evening.
