Former Bayern Munich boss Niko Kovac has reportedly set his sights on becoming Arsenal's next manager.
The Croat has been out of a job since the Bundesliga champions decided to dismiss him last month following a 5-1 defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt.
Arsenal, meanwhile, have embarked on an extensive search to find a new permanent boss following the club's decision to dispense with Unai Emery.
According to Goal.com, Kovac is said to view the Arsenal job as something that he would be interested in undertaking.
The former midfielder is expected to be in attendance on Monday when the Gunners travel to the London Stadium to face West Ham United.
Brendan Rodgers, one of Arsenal's key targets for the role, recently ruled himself out of the running by penning a new bumper deal with Leicester City.
