Aaron Ramsey has claimed that Germany's triumph at the World Cup in Brazil will give Arsenal a boost ahead of the new season.
Lukas Podolski, Per Mertesacker and Mesut Ozil return to the club having played a part in delivering a fourth title for Germany, and Ramsey believes that their success will encourage the Gunners to win more silverware.
"What happened is fantastic for both them and the club," the Welsh midfielder told Sky Sports News. "It means now we are all hungry to win things and we have the hunger to go on and get the same winning feeling.
"We want the same feeling after winning the FA Cup as well. There is always pressure on us to win, but we will be trying to win a few things this season."
Arsene Wenger has confirmed that the German trio will miss the start of the Premier League campaign.
