Aaron Ramsey has admitted that he is pleased with how his Arsenal season is progressing and hopes that his form will "continue for a long time now".
The Welshman has made 14 appearances in the Premier League this season, scoring three goals and playing a part in six more, including the assist for Alexandre Lacazette's strike in the 3-1 loss to Manchester United last time out.
"I know what I'm capable of doing, I just want to stay fit and healthy and let my football take care of itself," he told the Evening Standard.
"I've been putting everything out there and hopefully it will continue.
"I have adapted my body to the load of playing in the Premier League and am building up that fitness gradually.
"I've felt really good so far and hopefully that'll continue for a long time now."
Next up for Arsenal in the Premier League is a trip to Southampton this weekend as they look to break into the top four, but they first have a Europa League match with BATE Borisov to contend with this evening.
