Wojciech Szczesny has rallied his Arsenal teammates to use the international break as respite before getting their season back on track.
Arsenal head into the two-week interval on the back of their first Premier League defeat after Sunday's 2-0 reverse at Chelsea - a loss that leaves the Gunners nine points adrift of the high-flying Blues.
Arsene Wenger's side have drawn four of their seven league outings thus far, and the Polish goalkeeper wants a big improvement once the domestic calendar resumes.
"We have had a tough run so far, but I would like to think that our start has been solid, not as good as we expected from ourselves," he told Sky Sports News.
"But I believe that, after the international break, we can push on and get more points."
Arsenal face Hull City at the Emirates Stadium on October 18.
