Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has been banned from the touchline for the Gunners' next three European matches as well as fined £33,000 for improper conduct by UEFA.
The incident in question relates back to the North London side's exit from the Champions League to AC Milan in the round of 16 earlier this month.
The Frenchman was charged by the European governing body for his comments towards Slovenian referee Damir Skomina during the Champions League clash at the Emirates.
The 62-year-old also appeared to be in a war of words with the assistant referee during the fixture, which the Gunners won 3-0 on the night but lost 4-3 on aggregate.
The Premier League outfit have three days to appeal the decision once the judgement has been sent to the Gunners boss.
