Arsene Wenger believes that Southampton could be defensive against Arsenal at the Emirates on Saturday.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger believes that Southampton could take a defensive approach in their Premier League game on Saturday.

The Saints will travel to the Emirates having failed to pick up any points in their three league matches so far.

"Three games without a win affects the way you approach the game," Wenger told the club's official website.

"They know they have potential. They will of course try to transform that potential into points, but maybe their approach will be a bit more cautious."

Arsenal are currently eighth in the Premier League table with five points from three matches.
