Arsene Wenger: 'We must win final four games'

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger reveals that he won't pay much attention to Everton's results during the final weeks of the season.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed that he is focused on guiding his team to maximum points in their final four Premier League fixtures.

The Gunners are currently battling Everton for the final Champions League spot, but despite requiring the Toffees to drop points during the final four weeks of the campaign, Wenger has insisted that he is paying little attention to their results.

The Frenchman is quoted by ITV Sport as saying: "We know that we have to win our games and hope that Everton will slip up somewhere. Let's focus on our job and not look too much at Everton.

"If we need that, we'll see when we need it, but at the moment, we can only do it if we win our games, so let's focus on that."

Arsenal moved into fourth spot in the table with a 3-1 win over West Ham United on Tuesday evening, but Everton can regain the place if they earn success over Crystal Palace on Wednesday night.
