Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Arsenal could line up for Saturday's Premier League clash with Burnley.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has been handed two fresh fitness concerns ahead of Saturday's Premier League clash with Burnley at the Emirates.

The Gunners saw both of Bukayo Saka and Takehiro Tomiyasu leave the field with knocks against Sevilla in Wednesday's Champions League win, as the latter was withdrawn at half time before Saka hobbled off with a sore ankle.

Arteta does not believe that either man has sustained a severe problem, but all of Emile Smith Rowe (knee), Gabriel Jesus (hamstring), Jurrien Timber (knee) and Thomas Partey (muscle) will sit this one out, while Eddie Nketiah (ankle) and Martin Odegaard (hip) are doubtful.

Assuming Saka shakes off his latest niggle, the 22-year-old is primed to join Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard in an unaltered frontline after the trio terrorised the Sevilla defence throughout their Group B contest.

Kai Havertz also grew in confidence as the game progressed and will hold his spot in midfield if Odegaard is not given the green light to feature, as Jorginho and Declan Rice hold their places in the engine room.

Tomiyasu's issue was reported as nothing more than "discomfort" on Wednesday evening, but a fresh-legged Oleksandr Zinchenko ought to return to the side either way, as Ben White continues on the right flank.

Displaying tremendous pace and athleticism to make a crucial last-ditch challenge on Wednesday, William Saliba will link arms with Gabriel Magalhaes ahead of David Raya, who had little to do in midweek before getting down low to save an injury-time Mariano Diaz strike.

Arsenal possible starting lineup: Raya; White, Saliba, Gabriel, Zinchenko; Havertz, Jorginho, Rice; Saka, Trossard, Martinelli
