Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Arsenal could line up for Saturday's Emirates Cup clash with Sevilla.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is faced with a number of injury problems ahead of Saturday's meeting with Sevilla in the 11th Emirates Cup at the Emirates Stadium.

Fabio Vieira is yet to make his debut for the Gunners due to an ankle injury, and he is joined in the treatment room by Kieran Tierney, Emile Smith Rowe and Takehiro Tomiyasu.

Arteta will be reluctant to risk any member of the quartet so close to the new Premier League season, and Gabriel Jesus will also need to be assessed after coming off in the 4-0 win over Chelsea, but he has been pictured in training recently.

After Matt Turner took his place in between the sticks for the midweek defeat to Brentford at London Colney, Aaron Ramsdale should come back into the side as William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes protect him.

Tomiyasu's absence could see Ben White once again start at right-back, as Oleksandr Zinchenko takes his place on the left to cover for the injured Tierney.

Granit Xhaka and Thomas Partey are inseparable in the midfield, and further forward, Martin Odegaard should wear the captain's armband from the number 10 spot.

Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli and Eddie Nketiah could form the youthful Arsenal attack, with Jesus ready to make an impact off the bench if necessary.

Arsenal possible starting lineup: Ramsdale; White, Saliba, Gabriel, Zinchenko; Xhaka, Partey; Saka, Odegaard, Martinelli; Nketiah
