Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Manchester City could line up for Saturday's Premier League clash with Arsenal.

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is sweating over the fitness of Kevin De Bruyne for the visit of Arsenal on Saturday lunchtime.

The Belgian playmaker was forced to miss last week's drubbing of Norwich City due to an ankle issue, and while he has had a week to recover from the problem, Guardiola may be hesitant to introduce him from the first whistle.

Phil Foden is definitely out until after the international break, but his compatriot Jack Grealish was in the right place at the right time to claim his first City goal last weekend and is set to continue in the first XI here.

However, with Riyad Mahrez and Raheem Sterling hopeful of returning to the team after netting from the bench at the weekend, Grealish may be forced into a deeper position while Gabriel Jesus fills the number nine role.

Grealish featuring in midfield could see wantaway Portuguese Bernardo Silva drop out amid links with Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, with Rodri and Ilkay Gundogan both retaining their places in the middle.

Guardiola has no need to make any defensive alterations after last week's clean sheet, with John Stones continuing to build up his fitness as Aymeric Laporte partners Ruben Dias in front of Ederson.

Oleksandr Zinchenko will eye a return at left-back, but Joao Cancelo ought to continue on that side while Kyle Walker retains his place at right-back.

Man City possible starting lineup: Ederson; Walker, Dias, Laporte, Cancelo; Rodri, Gundogan, Grealish; Mahrez, Jesus, Sterling
