West Ham duo Maxwel Cornet (calf) and Kurt Zouma (thigh) are both ruled out through injury, while Gianluca Scamacca is closing in on a return from a knee problem after being spotted training this week.
Alphonse Areola sustained a hamstring injury in the build-up to last weekend's draw with Newcastle and is a major doubt for the visit of Chelsea, while Thilo Kehrer was forced off at half time at St James' Park with a hamstring issue of his own and is also a doubt for Saturday.
The potential absence of Kehrer could see Ben Johnson recalled to the back three, but otherwise Moyes is unlikely to make too many changes to his starting lineup.
Paqueta is expected to join in-demand captain Declan Rice in centre-midfield, while Said Benrahma and Jarrod Bowen could continue to support Michail Antonio in attack, although January signing Danny Ings will be pushing for his first Hammers start.
As for Chelsea, N'Golo Kante (hamstring), Edouard Mendy (finger), Christian Pulisic and Armando Broja (both knee) all remain sidelined with injuries, while Raheem Sterling, Wesley Fofana (both knee), Denis Zakaria (thigh) and Mateo Kovacic (calf) are all doubtful and will be assessed ahead of kickoff.
The Blues have been boosted by the return of Reece James and Ben Chilwell, who made their first appearances of 2023 in the draw with Fulham after spells out through injury, and both full-backs will be in contention to start on Saturday.
Atletico Madrid loanee Joao Felix is also available for selection after serving a three-match suspension and, along with Noni Madueke, will bid to start ahead of either Hakim Ziyech, Kai Havertz or Mykhaylo Mudryk, who all began in attack last time out.
British-record signing Enzo Fernandez is expected to continue in centre-midfield after making his full debut against Fulham, while Thiago Silva and Benoit Badiashile are poised to retain their partnership at the heart of the defence.

Arsenal vs. Brentford (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Arsenal's number nine Gabriel Jesus has now returned to the London Colney training centre as he steps up his recovery from a knee injury, but he will not be available for a few weeks yet, while Mohamed Elneny is expected to miss the rest of the season after going under the knife.
Emile Smith Rowe has suffered a cruel setback with a thigh niggle and is out for this one alongside Reiss Nelson, who is now back in training but needs time to build his match fitness after a hamstring problem.
Once again, Leandro Trossard was the brightest spark on the field for Arsenal when he came on at Goodison Park, but Arteta should resist the urge to drop Gabriel Martinelli, whose effectiveness alongside Bukayo Saka was nullified as Everton doubled up out wide.
As for Brentford, there is optimism over Shandon Baptiste's chances of recovering from his groin problem to make himself available, but Pontus Jansson, Frank Onyeka and Thomas Strakosha are all out.
The Bees have no fresh concerns to report from their success over Southampton, and Frank should therefore see no reason to fix what is not broken, meaning another start for ex-Arsenal target Aaron Hickey on the right-hand side.
Josh Dasilva can also feel confident of lining up against his former club, while Ivan Toney is racking up the Premier League cautions - now on eight yellow cards - and will be one booking away from a two-game ban if he is yellow-carded here.

Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha missed last weekend's defeat against former club Man United due to a hamstring injury and he is not expected to return until the end of this month.
However, Vieira has confirmed that James McArthur will be included in the matchday squad after recovering from a groin problem, and Nathan Ferguson has returned to training following a lengthy spell out with a foot injury, although Saturday's game will likely come too soon for the defender.
Joachim Andersen and Joel Ward, who missed the defeat at Man United, are both doubtful with respective calf and muscle issues and will be assessed ahead of kickoff.
Vieira may consider making changes to his midfield, with January signings Albert Sambi Lokonga and Naouirou Ahamada both hoping to start their first game for the club, while Eberechi Eze is also pushing for a recall after beginning on the bench last time out.
As for Brighton, Levi Colwill, Adam Lallana (both muscle) and Jakub Moder (knee) are all ruled out through injury, but Evan Ferguson "could play" after missing last weekend's win over Bournemouth with a knee problem.
Alexis Mac Allister is available for selection after serving a one-match suspension last weekend, and the World Cup winner is expected to return to centre-midfield, potentially partnering Moises Caicedo who returned to the first-team fold against Bournemouth following his drawn-out January transfer saga.

Indicating that the Premier League is the main priority for Fulham, Marco Silva made nine changes to his starting XI for Wednesday's FA Cup clash against Sunderland, with Joao Palhinha and Kenny Tete the only players retained.
Having failed to find the net in his last three league outings, Aleksandar Mitrovic will be eager to add to his tally of 11 goals in 18 matches when he returns to the starting lineup this weekend.
Neeskens Kebano remains a long-term injury absentee for the Cottagers, while there are question marks over the fitness of midfield duo Harrison Reed and Tom Cairney, meaning that Harry Wilson could be handed a start on Saturday.
Nottingham Forest's extensive injury list contains Dean Henderson, Moussa Niakhate, Taiwo Awoniyi, Omar Richards, Cheikhou Kouyate and Giulian Biancone, while Ryan Yates remains absent due to illness.
Following an impressive debut performance, on-loan goalkeeper Kaylor Navas will continue to deputise for Henderson, with Willy Boly and Scott McKenna expected to start at centre-back.

The Leicester treatment room is slowly emptying out, and Rodgers may be able to welcome the duo of Ricardo Pereira and Jonny Evans back to the squad here, but Boubakary Soumare is lacking match fitness and unlikely to be involved.
Wilfred Ndidi missed the win over Villa due to a personal issue and should return for the weekend, but full-backs Ryan Bertrand and James Justin are still out for the long-term, benefitting Kristiansen's chances of back-to-back starts over Luke Thomas.
Having repaid Rodgers's faith in him with a goal and two assists at Villa Park, Iheanacho can feel confident of holding his place up front ahead of Patson Daka and Jamie Vardy, whose powers have waned this season.
While Conte's return is a significant boost for Tottenham, the Italian comes back to the bad news that first-choice goalkeeper Hugo Lloris is facing six to eight weeks on the sidelines after suffering a knee injury in the win over Man City.
Amid reports claiming that Tottenham could try to coax Ben Foster out of retirement, Fraser Forster will start in goal for the time being, and it remains to be seen if Pape Sarr (hip) and Lucas Moura (tendon) can play a part in this one. Yves Bissouma is also facing a lengthy period out after undergoing surgery on an ankle stress fracture, but he was unlikely to start here.
Conte will be forced into more than one defensive alteration here, as Cristian Romero is suspended following his red card for two bookable offences against Man City, so Clement Lenglet or Davinson Sanchez will deputise in the backline at the King Power.

After Kyle Walker-Peters missed the loss to Brentford due to a hamstring problem, both he and Stuart Armstrong (groin) are hopeful of being involved this weekend, but they are likely to make the bench at best.
January signings Kamaldeen Sulemana and Paul Onuachu were purchased with an eye on bolstering Saints' tepid front line, and the pair will join another recent arrival Croatia forward Mislav Orsic, who turned out for the Under-23s rather than the first team last week.
Therefore, Che Adams - who has registered more goals in five League Cup ties (five) than 20 Premier League appearances (four) could make way - the Scotland striker has yet to score in a top-flight home game this term.
Meanwhile, Wolves' plans for continuity after seeing off Liverpool in style are dampened by an injury sustained by Hwang Hee-chan. The winger returned to South Korea in midweek for treatment on a hamstring problem - the latest in a number of setbacks to his Wanderers career - so Adama Traore could deputise.
Hwang's fellow forward Pedro Neto has not been seen in a gold shirt since November, while Chiquinho and Sasa Kalajdzic are longer-term injury absentees.
Irish duo Nathan Collins and Joe Hodge are among those hoping for a recall by Julen Lopetegui, who may be loath to make many more changes given his team's fine display last week.

Bournemouth still have an unenviable list of injuries to deal with, as Lloyd Kelly, Jack Stephens, Junior Stanislas, Ryan Fredericks and David Brooks are all expected to remain sidelined for the visit of Newcastle.
Late calls will also have to be made on Lewis Cook, Dominic Solanke and Marcus Tavernier, but the latter two in particular are thought to have good chances of returning, so Antoine Semenyo's place up front may come under threat after an uneventful debut.
Sassuolo loanee Hamed Traore caught the eye with an effervescent display on his maiden Premier League appearance and should continue in the number 10 role, but fellow Serie A arrival Matias Vina has a fight on his hands to displace Jordan Zemura.
Meanwhile, Newcastle lynchpin Bruno Guimaraes is serving the second of a three-game ban for his red card in the EFL Cup against Southampton, while Matt Targett, Emil Krafth and Javier Manquillo are all absent through injury.
Isak was also forced to miss the draw with West Ham due to concussion protocols but should be fine to take part in this one, although Wilson will no doubt expect to line up at his former home.
Neither Allan Saint-Maximin nor Miguel Almiron were at their best against West Ham, and even though Anthony Gordon was a livewire out wide after replacing the former, Saint-Maximin was given a vote of confidence by Howe on Friday and could start again.
