The agent of Julio Cesar has claimed that Napoli lead the race to sign the Queens Park Rangers goalkeeper on loan this summer.
The Brazilian international, 33, has also been linked with moves to Arsenal and Villarreal in recent weeks.
"It's not all done yet, there are many possibilities, but there are some details to be resolved between the player and Napoli," Josias Cardoso told Calciomercato.it.
"When will the signature arrive? I don't know, it could be today, or in a few days. The Villarreal interest? There has been some interest from Spain, but nothing concrete. The only two concrete tracks are Arsenal and Napoli."
Cesar signed a four-year contract with QPR following a move from Inter Milan in the summer of 2012.
