Arsenal transfer target Lukas Podolski will not be leaving the Bundesliga in January, according to his agent Kon Schramm.
The Germany international has been heavily linked with a move to the Gunners while AC Milan are also said to be interested.
However, the 26-year-old is reportedly desperate to play for his county at Euro 2012 and is willing to remain at his home-town club until the summer to play regular football and cement a place in Joachim Loew's side.
Schramm told The Guardian that a move in the Bundesliga winter break is "all but impossible", adding: "Koln has priority right now; we have time [for everything else] in the summer."
Koln are also reportedly demanding double the £10m Arsenal have offered for the in-form Podolski, who has scored 14 goals in 16 league games this season.
