Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Barcelona this summer.
Barca are understood to be lining up options for long-term Luis Suarez replacements, with the Uruguay international now 32 years old.
Atletico Madrid's Antoine Griezmann has been heavily linked with a move to Camp Nou in the past and is reportedly still Barcelona's number one target, despite turning them down last summer.
However, Mundo Deportivo claims that the Catalan giants have now identified Lacazette as a backup option should they miss out on his compatriot Griezmann again.
Lacazette shares the same agent as Barcelona director of football Eric Abidal and has impressed this season with 18 goals across all competitions.
Arsenal would be reluctant to lose the 27-year-old, though, and would likely demand a fee of at least the £53m they spent to bring him to the Emirates Stadium from Lyon in 2017.
