Spanish goalkeeper Manuel Almunia has revealed that he will leave Arsenal on a free transfer in the summer.
The 34-year-old has fallen down the pecking order at the Emirates Stadium behind Wojciech Szczesny and Lukasz Fabianski.
As a result, Almunia is planning to leave the club when his contract expires at the end of the season.
"I'm looking for a nice move next season," Almunia told Sky Sports News. "I want to start a new episode of my life."
Almunia went on to confirm that he is hoping to remain in England as he is settled with life in London.
"I have got lazy to move too far, because life here in London is fantastic and I hope I can have a club to go to next season so I can stay," he added.
The former Celta Vigo goalkeeper has made 175 appearances for the Gunners.
