Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has claimed that the club does not need Mesut Ozil.
The midfielder has impressed at Arsenal since joining for £42.5m from Madrid on transfer deadline day.
He has three Premier League assists and scored his first goal for his new club in their Champions League win against Napoli.
"I do not regret his departure," the Daily Star quotes Ancelotti as saying.
"I wish him well, but we do not need him because we are doing alright. Our problem is not in attack.
"We are scoring a lot of goals. The problem is balance. We have conceded a lot of goals."
Madrid are fourth in La Liga.
