Arsenal are keen on bringing FC Koln striker Lukas Podolski to the Emirates, according to reports.
Podolski, whose contract expires at the end of next season, has been priced at £12.5m, with the club resigned to losing him following a falling out with the club's director of sport Volker Finke, according to The Mirror.
Meanwhile, Arsenal scouts are understood to have been watching the forward for several months.
The 26-year-old spent three seasons at Bayern Munich between 2006 and 2009 before returning to his boyhood club two seasons ago. He has scored 14 goals in league competition this season.
