Arsenal and Manchester City are reportedly both keen on securing a summer deal for Strasbourg defender Kenny Lala.

Arsenal and Manchester City have both reportedly identified Strasbourg defender Kenny Lala as a potential summer signing.

The two Premier League clubs have had different ambitions during the current campaign, but it appears that they may have set their sights on the same player ahead of the next transfer window.

According to Le10 Sport, the Gunners and City are both keen to add Lala to their respective squads in the coming months.

The versatile full-back - who can also play in midfield - has contributed four goals and nine assists from 30 outings in Ligue 1 this season.

Strasbourg will allegedly demand in the region of £13m for the 27-year-old, who still has just over two years remaining on his contract.
