Arsenal are reportedly preparing to battle Chelsea for the signature of Bayer Leverkusen's Leon Bailey.
The 22-year-old has scored seven times in 22 appearances at club level during the 2019-20 campaign.
Chelsea are believed to be interested in signing the attacker during this summer's transfer window and are allegedly prepared to pay £85m to secure his services.
However, according to The Express, the Gunners are also keeping tabs on the Jamaica international ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.
The report, though, claims that Mikel Arteta's side would only be able to afford Bailey should they sell club captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang during this summer's transfer window.
Aubameyang, who only has little over 12 months left to run on his contract at the Emirates Stadium, could reportedly be available for £50m ahead of next season.
