Arsenal have reportedly agreed a fee with Caen for teenage striker M'Baye Niang.
The French outfit are resigned to losing their starlet following their relegation from Ligue 1 last season and Arsenal are said to be leading the race alongside Premier League champions Manchester City, according to Sky Sports News.
Niang, 17, was handed a trial with the Gunners last week and is said to have impressed enough for the North London side to make a bid.
City are reportedly not willing to lose out on the frontman and will also offer a trial to the youngster, who has already made two appearances at under-21 level with France.
