Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is reportedly preparing to make an offer for Real Madrid midfielder Esteban Granero.
The 24-year-old spent his youth career with Madrid, before joining city rivals Getafe.
However, he rejoined Los Blancos last summer, only to find his chances of first-team action limited.
As a result, Madrid coach Jose Mourinho is now reportedly willing to listen to offers for the Spaniard, with £7m his current value, according to The Mirror.
Granero has represented Spain at Under-21 level but has yet to make an appearance for the senior side.
