Arsenal to land Benfica star Talisca?

Benfica's Brazilian forward Talisca is reportedly linked with a January switch to Arsenal.

Benfica's Brazilian forward Talisca could be set for a January move to Arsenal, according to reports.

The 20-year-old, who has scored nine goals in 10 games this season, was watched by Gunners scouts as he scored the winner against Monaco in the Champions League on Tuesday.

Talisca's form has caught the eye of Arsene Wenger, who is set to beat Manchester United and Chelsea to his signature, according to the Daily Star.

Benfica signed Talisca for £3.1m in the summer, but have since inserted a £35m release clause into his contract.
