Arshavin hopes for Zenit move

Arsenal forward Andrey Arshavin is reportedly holding out for a summer move to former club Zenit St Petersburg.

The Russian has repeatedly been linked with a move away from the Emirates Stadium following unhappiness from Gunners fans over his recent performances.

Anzhi Makhachkala are also thought to be keen on the 30-year-old, according to The Mirror.

Arsenal could accept half of the £12m fee that they paid Zenit for Arshavin in 2009.
