Bordeaux to make attempt to land Laurent Koscielny?

Bordeaux want to sign Arsenal captain Laurent Koscielny in this summer's transfer window, according to a report.

Bordeaux are reportedly preparing on offer for Arsenal captain Laurent Koscielny.

The 33-year-old recovered from a serious Achilles injury to represent the Gunners on 29 occasions during the 2018-19 campaign, including 17 Premier League appearances.

The centre-back will see his current deal at the Emirates Stadium expire next summer, though, and the Frenchman is said to be considering a move away from the Gunners ahead of the new season.

According to L'Equipe, Bordeaux have identified Koscielny as a potential summer signing with the French outfit looking to replace Sevilla-bound Jules Kounde.

The experienced defender has made 353 appearances for Arsenal since arriving from Lorient in 2010, winning two FA Cup trophies during his time with the English giants.
