Birmingham City manager Lee Clark has played down reports that he wants to sign Arsenal striker Benik Afobe.
The two have a past, with Clark taking the young forward on loan while in charge at Huddersfield Town.
Speculation had been building that the new Blues boss would try to lure the 19-year-old to his side once more, but the man himself is keeping quiet on a potential move.
"I guess there's bound to be speculation as he's someone I had at Huddersfield Town. And Benik's a good player who has got quality," Clark told the Birmingham Mail.
"But I have four fantastic strikers at the club at the moment. We have Peter Lovenkrands, Marlon King, Adam Rooney and Nikola Zigic, and also Jake Jervis.
"So we're well stocked up and there isn't that need to bring another one in."
Afobe has yet to appear for the Arsenal first team.
