Nuremberg striker Josip Drmic has refuted the speculation linking him with a summer move to Arsenal.
On Saturday, Germany football legend Lothar Matthaus claimed that the 21-year-old's wife had already began looking for a house in London ahead of a switch to the Gunners.
Although Drmic denied the rumours, the Switzerland international did little to dissuade the North London club from making an approach by expressing his affection for them.
He told Bild: "At the moment I am single and there is no-one house hunting in London. What will happen in the future, I don't know. Any boy dreams about playing for Arsenal."
Drmic, who has three years remaining on his Nuremberg deal, sits second behind Bayern Munich's Mario Mandzukic in the race for the golden boot in the Bundesliga this season with 16 goals.
