Rasmus Elm has hinted that he may snub a move to Liverpool in order to stay with AZ Alkmaar.
It was recently reported that the Premier League club had agreed an £8m deal for the 24-year-old.
However, the Swedish international could now choose to stay on at AZ after the upcoming European Championships.
"I hope to take a step forward in my career, but it is far from certain I will leave this summer. I feel good at AZ," the Metro quotes him as saying.
Elm, who has also been linked with moves to Arsenal, Newcastle United and Bayern Munich, has one year left on his current deal in Holland.
