Jack Wilshere 'wanted by AC Milan, Roma'

A report claims that AC Milan and Roma both want to sign Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere at the end of the season.

AC Milan and Roma are both reportedly interested in signing Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere at the end of the season.

The Italian duo were linked with a loan move for the England international last summer, but the central midfielder decided to stay in the Premier League, joining Bournemouth on a season-long loan.

Wilshere's Arsenal deal will expire in the summer of 2018, however, and according to Calciomercato, Milan and Roma will both attempt to sign the 24-year-old on a permanent contract at the end of the current campaign.

Injuries restricted Wilshere to just three Premier League appearances last season, but the Englishman has already featured 14 times in the top flight for Bournemouth this term.
