Arsenal midfielder Jorginho has admitted that the 'door is open' to a future transfer to a Brazilian club.
Since leaving Chelsea for the Emirates Stadium in January 2023, Jorginho has proven to be a valuable member of Mikel Arteta's squad.
A total of 41 starts and 30 substitute appearances have been made in all competitions, the £12m transfer fee that the Gunners shelled out being justified.
Nevertheless, with less than six months currently remaining on his contract, the 33-year-old is able to entertain offers from elsewhere.

Jorginho speaks on Brazil links
That will remain the case unless Arsenal activate a 12-month option in his contract, something that is not a guarantee if the North Londoners wish to lower their wage bill.
Furthermore, there may be an understanding behind the scenes that Jorginho wishes to take on a new challenge at this stage of his career, particularly in Brazil which is the country of his birth.
Despite insisting in an interview with TNT Sports journalist Fred Caldeira, who showed the video on X, that he was focused on life at Arsenal, Jorginho admitted that playing in Brasileiro was a realistic option.
He said: "My contract is until June and my goal now is to think about the next game, which is in three days. There's not much to think about, you know?.
"Things happen very quickly in football, things can happen overnight, but my mind is on the next game.
However, on a potential switch to Brazil, he added: "It's a possibility, yes, in the future, it's a possibility.
"So this door is also open, obviously. Keep all the doors open and calmly decide what to do in the future."

Would Arteta stand in Jorginho's way?
With Jorginho having been used on 19 occasions during 2024-25, it is clear that he still holds an important role under Arteta.
The likelihood is that the Spaniard would give the green light to an exit if the player expressed a wish to leave, yet Arsenal also face the possibility of losing Thomas Partey on a free transfer.
Even with Martin Zubimendi having been heavily linked with a summer switch, Arsenal face the possibility of being a central midfielder light at a substantial financial loss if Partey and Jorginho both leave the club.
Palmeiras are said to be monitoring any developments with Jorginho's future.
