AC Milan are reportedly prepared to put together a deal involving both a player and cash to secure the signing of Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira.
The Uruguay international - formerly of Sampdoria - made a total of 49 appearances during his first campaign with the Gunners.
However, while insisting that he remains happy at the Emirates Stadium, Torreira has previously indicated that he has struggled to adapt to life in England, opening the door to a potential return to Italy.
AC Milan allegedly hold a strong interest in the player's signature, and Goal In Italy claims that the Serie A giants are happy to offer Arsenal the choice of Franck Kessie or Ricardo Rodriguez in an attempt to convince the North London outfit to do business.
Milan are said to be keen to avoid paying a straight fee for the 23-year-old, with Arsenal valuing him in excess of £35m.
