Real Sociedad are reportedly interested in signing Arsenal defender Nacho Monreal.
The Spanish left-back, who moved to the Emirates Stadium in 2013, has made over 200 appearances in his time with the Gunners and scored five Premier League goals last season.
According to news outlet Noticias de Gipuzkoa, Sociedad sporting director Roberto Olabe has identified Monreal as his number one priority in defence this summer.
The report adds, however, that manager Asier Garitano is content with having Alberto de la Bella and Kevin Rodrigues already in his ranks, and could refuse an approach for the Arsenal man.
Monreal has one year remaining on his current deal in North London.
