Report: Arsenal want Edinson Cavani

A report claims that Arsenal want to sign Paris Saint-Germain forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani in the January transfer window.

The Uruguay international has been one of the deadliest goal-scorers in Europe over the last five seasons – hitting 104 goals in 138 games for Napoli before joining PSG in 2013.

However, it is understood that the 27-year-old is unsettled in France due to Laurent Blanc deploying the attacker in a wider position to accommodate Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

According to Fichajes.net, Arsenal are preparing a big-money move for Cavani and will soon contact the French outfit.

Cavani has scored 11 goals in 19 games this season.
