Report: Jese Rodriguez open to Real Madrid departure

A report claims that Real Madrid attacker Jese Rodriguez is ready to leave the Bernabeu in search of regular first-team football.

Jese Rodriguez is reportedly open to leaving Real Madrid in January amid talk of interest from Premier League side Arsenal.

The 22-year-old has been a regular in the Real Madrid XI this season, but is expected to return to his position as a squad player when the likes of Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema are back to full fitness.

A recent report claimed that Arsenal were preparing a £22m offer for the Spaniard and according to Le 10 Sport, the attacker is now willing to listen to offers as he attempts to secure regular first-team action.

Napoli have also been strongly linked with a player that has scored twice in nine appearances for his Spanish club this season.

Jese has been at Real Madrid since 2007, breaking into the first team in 2011 after two seasons with Real Madrid Casilla, where he scored in excess of 30 goals.
