Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici reportedly declined the opportunity to discuss a January transfer with Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil.
The German playmaker is believed to be on the lookout for a new club, despite only signing a long-term deal at the Emirates Stadium at the start of the year.
Ozil is rumoured to be "saddened" by his recent plight at Arsenal, which has seen him miss out on squad selection for the club's last five games since a 1-1 draw with Wolverhampton Wanderers on November 11.
Amid concerns from boss Unai Emery that the 30-year-old is not cut out for certain fixtures, Calciomercato claims that the player's representatives reached out to Juventus to discuss a deal.
Paratici was not interested in holding talks, however, with the report suggesting that Ozil - on £350,000 a week at Arsenal - will have to look elsewhere for a new team.
