The German forward moved to Arsenal from Koln in 2012 and, despite boasting a decent scoring record, he has struggled to hold down a regular role in the team.
According to the Sunday Express, talks are at an advanced stage between Arsenal and Juventus, with the Italian club confident of wrapping up a deal early next week.
Podolski, 29, has made 116 appearances for his country and was part of the squad that won the World Cup this summer.
