Tottenham Hotspur handed Ryan Fraser boost?

Tottenham Hotspur-linked Ryan Fraser is set to turn down the chance to sign a new short-term deal with Bournemouth, according to a report.

Ryan Fraser is reportedly set to turn down the chance to sign a new short-term deal with Bournemouth.

The Scotland international's existing deal at the Vitality Stadium is due to expire at the end of June.

According to The Sun, Charlie Daniels, Simon Francis, Artur Boruc and Andrew Surman are all expected to sign extensions to allow them to finish the 2019-20 campaign at the club.

However, the report claims that Fraser is likely to turn down the opportunity to extend, meaning that he would become a free agent at the start of next month.

Tottenham Hotspur have been strongly linked with the 26-year-old in recent weeks and could therefore potentially sign him on July 1, although the attacker would not be able to represent his proposed new club until next season.

Arsenal, Liverpool and Galatasaray have also all previously been linked with the Scot, who has only scored one Premier League goal for Eddie Howe's side during the 2019-20 campaign.
