West Ham United are reportedly set to rival Arsenal for the signature of Manchester City's Oleksandr Zinchenko this summer.

The versatile Ukraine international, who can operate at left-back and in centre-midfield, is allegedly contemplating a summer exit from the Etihad Stadium in search of regular first-team football.

Zinchenko made 28 appearances for the Citizens across all competitions in the 2021-22 campaign, but he only started 10 times in the Premier League.

Mikel Arteta's Arsenal have recently been linked with the 25-year-old, who has two years remaining on his Man City contract.

However, the Evening Standard claims that West Ham are the latest club who have registered their interest in Zinchenko.

The report adds that David Moyes is looking to bolster his midfield options this summer, following the retirement of Hammers legend Mark Noble and the departure of loanee Alex Kral, while the long-term futures of Declan Rice and Tomas Soucek are believed to be uncertain.

The potential arrival of Zinchenko could also provide more competition for 32-year-old left-back Aaron Cresswell, with Arthur Masuaku expected to leave the London Stadium this summer.
