Chances were few and far between in the opening half of tonight's Ligue 1 affair between Monaco and Montpellier HSC.
Monaco have not been beaten at home since September, but didn't come to life until the end of the half as Montpellier had the better of most of it.
The closest the visitors came to breaking the deadlock was in the 28th minute when Morgan Sanson tested Danijel Subasic with a shot from 18 yards.
Monaco almost snatched the lead just before the interval, but Layvin Kurzawa was adjudged to have been offside when he found the net.
Montpellier are trying to win their first ever match against Monaco in the league.
