Team News: Dimitar Berbatov leads Monaco line away at Rennes

Monaco coach Leonardo Jardim puts his faith in forward Dimitar Berbatov to lead his side's attacking line as they travel to face Rennes in Ligue 1.

Monaco coach Leonardo Jardim has decided to keep faith in lone striker Dimitar Berbatov as they travel to face Rennes in Ligue 1 this evening.

The former Manchester United forward will be supported by a five-man midfield, which includes the attacking qualities of Nabil Dirar and Lucas Ocampos.

Meanwhile, this evening's hosts will feature a 4-3-3 formation that makes use of a mobile frontline made up from Ola Toivonen, Paul-Georges Ntep and Pedro Henrique.

Captain Romain Danze is to lead from the back, while coach Philippe Montanier has also handed starts to Gelson Fernandes and Vincent Pajot in midfield.

Rennes: Costil; Mbengue, Mexer, Armand, Danze, Fernandes, Doucoure, Pajot, Henrique, Ntep, Toivonen

Monaco: Subasic; Fabinho, Abdennour, Echiejile, Raggi, Dirar, Moutinho, Ocampos, Kondogbia, Toulalan, Berbatov
