Darrent Bent praises Robbie Keane quality

Darren Bent claims that Robbie Keane has added the quality that Aston Villa have craved this season.

Aston Villa striker Darren Bent has hailed the influence that on-loan Robbie Keane has had at the club.

Bent has enjoyed a successful strike partnership with Keane since the former Tottenham Hotspur player joined from LA Galaxy on a short-term deal.

The former Sunderland striker said: "Robbie's definitely helped, he's that one person that we didn't have in the squad. He's that bit of quality that we needed.

"He can link the game and see little passes. It will be a shame when he has to go back."

Bent scored his 100th Premier League goal during Wednesday's 2-2 draw with Queens Park Rangers.
